In 2016, I was invited by UTS to provide feedback on being NATA accredited and our Role.
My feedback was tabled in UTS Report - Organisational Culture valuing accreditation leadership
We are a proud company founded in 1991 with a passion for safety, ensuring products and installed systems are compliant and testing to real life scenarios and we are making a difference.
We are regularly asked why did it fail, when I carried out a detailed analysis and modelling on my computer. Do computers fail? Is this real-life scenario? Does it account for errors in changes in material selection and does it take into account human error and installation issues at the site.
Clients acknowledge that at times, we provide unfavourable results. However, the positive side is helping clients get back on track and deliver the best outcome in compliance.
